New Website! 08/08/2008

2008 is proving to be a fantastic year.  We're thrilled with the new Town Supervisors in Manlius (Mark Tetley) and Dewitt (Ed Michalenko) - both have been extremely responsive and enthusiastic.  The Covenant which protects a portion of Three Falls Woods is being challenged in court, but we are optimistic that it will prove once and for all that this land is meant to be left in its natural state.  And, we've given our website a major makeover!!  Our old site suffered from being too beautiful - it had been designed in Dreamweaver, and when the volunteer who created it moved on, we had no way to update it.  So here's to a fresh, new site!

I thought the site REALVOTER.com would be of interest to your membership. It allows your fellow constituents to go to their elected officials forum to let them know, with the Verified Polls, exactly how they feel about the Three Falls Woods.

Soon we will also have your town government officials on RealVoter.com as well.

Realvoter.com is different because only the residents can participate in the POLLS for your issue. For example, someone would start the "Three Falls Woods" issue in your County Executive Mahoneys’ & Legislatures’ forums. Each issue has a poll that may ask, "Do you want the Three Falls Woods to ever be developed."...YES or NO...or "Will you vote for Exec. Mahoney if Three Falls Woods is ever developed"....Yes or No...
POLITICIANS can't shrug off Realvoter.com because each vote is a verified constituent of the elected official....ELECTED OFFICIAL TAKE POLLS SERIOUSLY.

Some of your member will balk because there is a one- time 0.77 cent fee to register on realvoter.com. This fee covers the cost of verifying each members zip code. It’s amazing...politicians control the media, raise taxes, and take money from developers that destroy our landscape, but some people are afraid to pay 0.77 cents because someone might be making money. Well, just like the banks charge for a transaction at the ATM, Realvoter.com gets charged by the banks to verify the zip code of each registrant. But that makes the POLLS REAL, and the elected officials take notice to POLLS.
I hope you enjoy the POWER of using Realvoter.com and it helps you keep Three Falls Woods a beautiful track of land for years to come.
